What You Will Do:

  • This role is part of a large development team supporting an Oracle technology stack. This role will support design analysis, programming, software integration, test and evaluation, and other technical tasks. This role involves development of software applications, including modeling/simulation programs and change tracking applications, software testing and software documentation development.

  • This role includes programming experience in the areas such as but not limited to Java, JavaScript Libraries, and front end frameworks such as Oracle ADF, Angular or React. The role also requires strong database skills, particularly with Oracle, including designing tables, writing SQL queries, and building stored procedures.


What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of EIGHT (8) years of experience OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years of experience listed below:

  • Candidate must have proven experience in design analysis, design, programming, software integration, documentation, test and evaluation, and other technical tasks

  • Candidate must have proven experience in development of software applications, including modeling/simulation programs and change tracking applications, software testing and software documentation development - includes programming experience but not limited to Java, SQL, JavaScript Libraries, and front-end frameworks such as Oracle ADF, Angular or React or similar

  • Candidate must also have experience conducting software testing applying a variety of software test/case tools

  • Candidate must be able to travel to client work in Washington DC on short notice


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience of working on integration with Oracle Primavera P6 application

  • Experience with accelerators such as Oracle Project Integration Framework

  • Experience with building and supporting financial applications to manage functions such as budgeting, implementing and monitoring financial controls, project implementation etc

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
