What You Will Do:

As a Corporate Pricing Manager aligned with Pricing and Project Optimization you will provide a key supporting role implementing the use of pricing strategies and data management tools to optimize operational effectiveness, market competitiveness and risk compliance. As a member of the Growth Team, you will review and communicate methodologies that make certain pricing data are accurately identified, captured, analyzed, and presented to support strategic decision-making, drive growth, and enhance sales effectiveness.

Tasks include:

  • Directly align to the Corporate Pricing Department and support the management of pricing initiatives and promote the effective and standardized use of pricing tools and cost volumes application and development

  • Establish and deliver communication and training products to ensure the standardized use and governance of pricing tools & methodologies

  • Collaborate with Finance and the Growth Office to analyze data, provide analysis and insight into estimated revenue and gross margin relative to targeted sales and growth budget forecasts

  • Support the Practice in their adoption of tracking and evaluating methodologies to manage actual margins as compared to initial bid

  • Support effective use of CRM and other sales tools to inform decision-making, drive revenue, and enforce data governance standards for sales reporting

  • Support the development, management and oversight of standardized sales KPIs and reporting formats across practices, lines of services, capabilities, and geographies

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics)

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization is a plus

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, and Data Analytics

  • Proven experience in a similarly structured role preferably within a professional services or consulting firm

  • Expertise in using CRM software, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms

  • Excellent ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to different audiences

  • Experience and knowledge of AI tools including Microsoft Copilot

  • Understanding of financial principles and the broader business context to align sales reporting with organizational goals

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office
