What You Will Do:

  • Provide technical leadership for end-user research initiatives with domain expertise in user experience optimization. Establish research goals and plans that meet service delivery objectives.

  • Direct and control research activities with overall responsibility for methodology and staffing. Interface with senior management regarding user requirements and service design recommendations. 

  • Provide service delivery in accordance with ITIL v4, or current version, and in alignment with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

  • The contractor’s service delivery shall be aligned and integrated with client’s current environment (i.e., ServiceNow) and future environment.

  • Develop and deliver service management documents as established in support of this TO and as requested by the Government.

  • The contractor shall provide technical capabilities, including program management, IT infrastructure and shared services, general IT, cybersecurity services, engineering design, telecommunications services, strategic analysis and planning, and emergency response.  The contractor shall utilize Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) that focuses on solutions that have an integrated, enterprise-wide focus to deliver shared IT services that align USACE OCIO/G-6 services with the needs of its customers and end users. 


What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship is required

  • Bachelor's degree or additional four years of exp required in lieu of degree.

  • At least 5 years experience supporting large IT programs for DoD.

  • At least two years experience leading issues analysis, including responsibility for producing and presenting deliverables for senior audiences.

  • Experience with end user research.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills​

  •  An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience supporting Army Corps of Engineers G-6 programs.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
