What You Will Do:
As a Director in Guidehouse’s Federal Financial Services sector, you will develop a high-performing team, successfully deliver engagements, and consistently build a growing business that drives the value our clients seek, achieves the firm’s financial objectives, and supports the growth of team members' careers.
You will leverage your substantial experience, knowledge and business acumen in the financial services and banking industriesto help clients solve their most important problems at the intersection of the commercial and public sectors. Responsibilities include:
Direct personal involvement in exceptional delivery of existing engagements. This includes responsive and proactive interaction with clients and relevant stakeholders, maintaining a closeness to the quality of project deliverables and timelines; meeting firm goals for financial, business, and risk objectives; andultimatelysolving the client’s problem.
Developing, maintaining, and building a high-performance team.
Identifying, pursuing, capturing and winning business. This includes timely evaluation of bids,developing and executing pursuit and capture plans; building relationships with key stakeholders including buyers and teaming partners;proactively bringing relevant firm resources;leveraging current relevant and compelling market intelligence; position the firm as a preferred contractor; and leading disciplined pursuits that maximize the allocation of firm resources and increases the likelihood of winning.
What You Will Need:
10+ years' experience with a bank or financial services-related firm in areas directly related to the functional areas performed by the Bureau of Fiscal Service(BFS), including but not limited to collections, disbursements, reporting, and debt management and broader Treasury offerings including loan origination, servicing, and default management.
Extensive experience pursuing, winning and operating traditional FAR procurements and Financial Agent Selection Process (FASP) opportunities, as procured through the Department of Treasury and the (BFS) and various government marketplaces.
Extensive relationships within the federal banking community, including with federal officials, banking providers, and eco-system partners (e.g., FISERV, FIS, etc.).
Extensive knowledge of the universe of recent, pending, or forthcoming FASP and BFS (both FAR and non-FAR) procurements.
Significant experience of successfully leading large teams of consultants, technologists and operations in financial service engagements.
Strong writing and spoken communication skills and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
