What You Will Do:
The Manager, FS GMS Internal Business Operations Lead serves as the central operator for the FS GMS business, owning execution, governance, and optimization of all internal GMS sub-functions. This role ensures disciplined management of core processes (e.g., resource & bench, forecasting, pipeline/PRT, and management reporting) while driving cross-functional alignment and operational maturity—enabling senior leadership to focus on client growth and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Operational Ownership
- Lead day-to-day execution of core GMS business operations, including:
- Resource & bench management
- Workforce and financial forecasting
- Pipeline / PRT tracking and governance
- Own process integrity, standardization, and performance across the business
- Business Governance & Executive Reporting
- Own GMS management information (MI), dashboards, and executive reporting
- Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights to drive decision-making
- Internal Program & Change Leadership
- Lead and drive internal GMS initiatives (e.g., operating model evolution, tooling, governance improvements)
- Operate as the program manager across all internal workstreams with clear accountability for outcomes
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Integration
- Act as the connective layer across Finance, Delivery, People, and Solutions functions
- Drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution across all GMS sub-functions
- Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track operational KPIs (e.g., utilization, forecast accuracy, reporting SLAs)
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cost performance
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of experience in business operations
- Requires a University Degree and prior relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
- Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, workforce planning, and operational governance at scale
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence at Partner / Director level
- Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
