What You Will Do:

  • Lead a large-scale enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) program, overseeing delivery, strategy, performance, and multi-team coordination.
  • Direct all phases of IGA/PAM delivery and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of program objectives.
  • Establish program governance structure, roadmap, and success metrics to track progress and outcomes.
  • Oversee resource planning, financial management, and operational alignment to support program goals.
  • Prepare executive reporting and facilitate stakeholder engagement with leaders and partners across the organization.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and strategic decision-making to keep the program on track.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum Seven (7)+ years of overall work experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs, ideally within cybersecurity, or identity and access management (IAM).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and coordinate multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.
  • Experience establishing governance structures, program roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage program budgets, resources, and operational priorities.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including reporting, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • US Citizenship is contractually required.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience driving IAM initiatives or enterprise identity modernization efforts.
  • Background working in a cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology organization.
  • Prior experience presenting to senior leadership or executive steering committees.
  • Relevant certifications in program management, cybersecurity, or IAM.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
