What You Will Do:

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides interns with a meaningful experience at a global professional services organization. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.

Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include:

  • 10-week experience in the Summer of 2026 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 8 thru Friday, August 14)
  • Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led)
  • Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point Check-In and Final Evaluations
  • Networking & Social Activities and Events
  • Capstone Project

Guidehouse is looking for an intern to perform various tasks and support our Office of the General Counsel team this summer.

  • You will have the chance to assist the Legal team with and contract review and redlining .
  • Legal research and preparation of memoranda and other documents, as necessary, on a wide range of topics.
  • Support compliance function.
  • Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
  • Work closely with Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel on special projects.
  • Attend Office of General Counsel staff meetings.

  • Understanding the Office of the General Counsel operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
  • Obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and its needs and translate business opportunities into key legal and procurement imperatives

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years 
  • Minimum Degree Status Required: Current enrollment as a first-year student in a full-time law degree program or graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree between December 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country
  • No sponsorship is available for this position
