What You Will Do:

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides interns with a meaningful experience at a global professional services organization. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.

Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include:

  • 10-week experience in the Summer of 2025 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 2nd and run until Friday, August 8th)
  • Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led)
  • Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point and Final Evaluations
  • Networking & Social Activities and Events
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern Event
  • Intern Speaker Series
  • Collaborative Group Projects

Guidehouse is looking for an intern to perform various tasks and support our Federal Subcontracts teams this summer.

  • You will have the chance to assist the Federal Subcontracts teams and the public sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
  • Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
  • Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective subcontractors to establish terms and conditions for assigned subcontracts.
  • Effectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) for contractual challenges.
  • Participate in proposal preparation as a member of the team with special emphasis on reviewing contract terms for risks and compliance.
  • Process subcontract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government subcontracts with external and internal customers.
  • Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines.
  • Maintain contractual documentation for applicable subcontract agreements in various internal databases.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years 
  • Minimum Degree Status: Bachelor's degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2025 and graduate by Summer 2026) 
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country
  • No sponsorship is available for this position
