As an Intern supporting TAL/TPAL, you’ll be the operational backbone for account execution—tracking and converting swing factors into outcomes (Green/Yellow/Red with receipts), orchestrating deliberate relationship coverage across economic/technical buyers and ecosystem partners (e.g., MSFT/AWS/Salesforce), maintaining pipeline hygiene and whitespace mapping, contributing to deal-level P‑win strategies and close plans tied to buyer value, and updating booked vs. plan weekly. You’ll help advance a product-over-projects operating model (M‑POM, roadmaps, OKRs), support platform economics (build‑once‑reuse‑everywhere, APIs, multi‑tenant services), champion secure‑by‑design & privacy‑preserving AI, and operationalize operate‑what‑we‑build practices (SRE, FinOps, MLOps). Each week, you’ll run the evidence check on open actions, produce a crisp 1‑page progress report, calculate the Account Execution Health Score (0–100) with rationale, and prepare ready‑to‑send risk escalation emails when thresholds are triggered—while delivering sharp, actionable prep for exec meetings, deal strategy, and partner leverage, always tied back to the plan.
Throughout the internship, you will have the chance to work with our internal teams on the assigned project, meet with upper management to reflect on your personal and professional development, and socialize with your fellow interns during outings/activities.
As an intern, you will work with an experienced team to support the development of an AI and Data project, presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and any additional project tasks. This position provides the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of functions including strategy, process improvement, analytics, information technology, communications, and project management.
