What You Will Do:
- Plan and lead major IT service delivery projects in accordance with ITIL v4 standards and ServiceNow CSDM alignment.
- Evaluate performance results and recommend changes affecting project growth and success.
- Function as technical expert across multiple ITSM project assignments while supervising project teams.
- Coordinate meetings between Government, contractor, and service providers to resolve operational issues.
- Responsible for assembling all contractor performance data and ensuring proper entry into the clients Performance Measurement System.
- Support the Government and third-party vendors, as required, in development of a data model and automation of performance data entry into the system.
- Develop a process to validate performance metric data collection. The process shall be acceptable to the Government and approved by the client.
- Provide automated performance data for all identified performance metrics (e.g., Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs)) identified by the Government.
- Provide monthly analysis for each performance metric.
- Provide technical capabilities, including program management, IT infrastructure and shared services, general IT, cybersecurity services, engineering design, telecommunications services, strategic analysis and planning, and emergency response.
- Utilize Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) that focuses on solutions that have an integrated, enterprise-wide focus to deliver shared IT services that align USACE OCIO/G-6 services with the needs of its customers and end users.
What You Will Need:
- At least 7 years providing project management support to large DoD IT programs.
- 3 years experience leading IT project management; expertise with ITIL, ITSM, Agile and DEVOPS, experience building and managing IT project plans, schedule and scope.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree or additional four years of exp required in lieu of degree.
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance .

- Experience supporting the Army Corps of Engineers G-6 organization.
