What You Will Do:

  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise meetings, leadership forums, town halls, workshops, and strategic events serving audiences of up to 600 participants.

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, registration, venue coordination, catering, speaker preparation, and attendee communications.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, milestones, action trackers, and event deliverables.

  • Facilitate planning sessions and stakeholder meetings with executive sponsors and senior leaders.

  • Draft and edit executive communications, agendas, briefing materials, talking points, presentations, and post-event summaries.

  • Create event promotion and engagement materials, including invitations, presentations, digital communications, and visual products.

  • Coordinate virtual, in-person, and hybrid meeting platforms, technology requirements, and audiovisual support.

  • Conduct rehearsals, readiness reviews, and day-of-event coordination to ensure successful execution.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-event assessments.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

  • 3 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Experience coordinating executive meetings, communications initiatives, events, or stakeholder engagement activities.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US citizenship required)

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Executive presence with experience supporting C-suite leaders.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Graphic design and visual communications experience.

  • Experience developing promotional campaigns and enterprise communications materials.

  • Ability to manage large, diverse stakeholder groups across multiple workstreams.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.

  • Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.

  • Familiarity with audiovisual technologies and event production.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

  • Experience in a consulting, federal, or professional services environment.
