What You Will Do:
- Partner with customer stakeholders to rapidly build, refine, evolve, and execute business processes and new workflows that support the stand-up of a sensitive new mission program
- Utilize domain familiarity and subject matter expertise to inform all program-building efforts and build momentum toward stated program objectives
- Execute day-to-day business processes and functions to ensure that all program operations are effective and efficient
- Work closely with customer stakeholders and teammates to integrate new mission requirements, technologies, and program objectives into a cohesive strategy and implementation plan
- Leverage corporate reach-back and key partnerships to bring best practices to new program challenges swiftly and efficiently
- Perform ad hoc duties as necessary to ensure that all mission requirements and program needs are addressed
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of strategic experience supporting programs within the national security industry
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Master's degree within business, international relations, engineering, or social science disciplines
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations with minimal guidance and sustain momentum towards program objectives
- Ability to operate as a seamless, productive member of an integrated team, focused on collaboration
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive progress in periods of ambiguity
