What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a key advisor and deliver strategic and tactical support to Sponsor leadership, supporting both strategic planning and day-to-day operations to advance the Group’s mission and objectives.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring timely provisioning of system access and tools necessary for operational readiness.
  • Manage small-scale procurements aligned with the Division’s mission, acting as the primary point of contact for acquisition requests and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate inputs for Program Monthly Reviews (PMRs), ensuring timely and accurate submissions via Confluence; collaborate with team members to gather and validate content prior to deadlines.
  • Provide responsive support for emerging Division needs, including special projects and time-sensitive tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Act as a lead for the Subscription Services Team, which manages several hundred open-source subscriptions across the enterprise; serve as the primary liaison for stakeholder inquiries, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure all subscription-related requests are received, tracked, and resolved using available tools and the established six-step subscription management process.


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • TEN (10) or more years of experience supporting national security programs
  • Bachelor's degree; EIGHT (8) years of additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and HIVE to manage workflows, track progress, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and customer service to support both internal teams and external stakeholders

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • A Master's degree in business, economics, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • TWELVE (12) or more years of experience supporting national security programs.
  • Experience with Agile development.
  • A Scrum Master certification.
