What You Will Do:

  • Lead Celonis Engagements and manage full lifecycle delivery of Celonis—from scoping and implementation to value realization and client success.
  • Drive Strategic Roadmaps and align Celonis use cases with client transformation
  • Engage Stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to executives and operational leaders. Facilitate workshops, present business cases, and manage escalations.
  • Build and Mentor Teams and develop Celonis consultants, analysts, and architects. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Develop Practice Assets by creating reusable accelerators and contribute feedback to product teams to improve platform capabilities.
  • Ensure Value Delivery and own the customer value journey


What You Will Need:

  • 10+ years in consulting or professional services, with 5+ years in delivery leadership.
  • Proven experience in Celonis or process mining engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Celonis platform functionality
  • Experience managing large-scale implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience working with public sector clients or regulated industries.
  • Prior P&L ownership and strategic planning experience.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and enterprise change initiatives.
  • Exposure to Celonis Value Engineering practices—such as building demos, benchmarking, and identifying process inefficiencies.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
