What You Will Do:
- Work across organizational boundaries to develop, refine, coordinate, and implement new data governance workflows and processes
- Lead process improvement efforts to refactor, redefine, and implement new workflows and processes
- Initiate outreach to key stakeholders and coordinate with business, mission, and technical customers to consistently and efficiently execute data governance responsibilities
- Execute data governance responsibilities, to include supporting leadership decision making, and deepen understanding of strategic organizational data compliance requirements
- Manage requirements and implement new processes related to requirements management
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of professional experience in mission delivery environments with DoD federal customers
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- At least TEN (10) years of professional experience in mission delivery environments, with an emphasis on technology applications
- A Master's degree in data science, information technology, or an adjacent field
- Demonstrated experience in data management and data governance
- Ability to operate autonomously and with minimal top cover
- Experience scoping, designing, and executing process improvement efforts
