Guidehouse is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our Technology Platforms Capability group. This role will support the growth of ServiceNow IRM/GRC adoption and the development of regulatory compliance use cases across our Digital & Strategy (D&S) and State and Local Government (SLG) practice areas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ServiceNow platform implementation and industry-specific compliance frameworks.
What You Will Do :
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions tailored to client regulatory compliance needs
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define and develop compliance use cases
Provide subject matter expertise on industry compliance standards such as NIST, NERC, and SOC
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Platforms Capability group
What You Will Need:
US Citizen
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of TEN (10) years of experience
Proven experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, NERC, SOC)
Ability to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
What Would Be Nice to Have:
ServiceNow certifications related to GRC/IRM
Experience working with public sector clients
Familiarity with broader ServiceNow platform capabilities
Ability to support strategic growth initiatives and scale GRC capabilities across the firm
