Guidehouse is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our Technology Platforms Capability group. This role will support the growth of ServiceNow IRM/GRC adoption and the development of regulatory compliance use cases across our Digital & Strategy (D&S) and State and Local Government (SLG) practice areas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ServiceNow platform implementation and industry-specific compliance frameworks.

What You Will Do :

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions tailored to client regulatory compliance needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define and develop compliance use cases

  • Provide subject matter expertise on industry compliance standards such as NIST, NERC, and SOC

  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Platforms Capability group

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizen

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of TEN (10) years of experience

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, NERC, SOC)

  • Ability to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow certifications related to GRC/IRM

  • Experience working with public sector clients

  • Familiarity with broader ServiceNow platform capabilities

  • Ability to support strategic growth initiatives and scale GRC capabilities across the firm
