What You Will Do:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter who can deliver full life cycle recruitment and a high-touch, personalized candidate experience across a variety of technical roles and platforms. The Technical Recruiter will be accustomed to a high-paced tempo with laser focus on filling requisitions and being a true talent partner to business leaders up to Executive levels. You will be responsible for cultivating a sourcing strategy and identifying key technical talent. Your expertise in technical recruiting coupled with willingness and ability to work in a collaborative team-centric environment will be key to not only your success but the business we support! Winning attributes include high-energy, ability to look though a strategic lens, and taking innovation on how we find technical talent to the next level. You will lead from front by being authentic, agile, and technologically bold in all areas of recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to define job requirements and desired technical skills for open positions.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
With support from coordinators, schedule interviews with technical teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.
Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and facilitate pre-employment processes such as background checks.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and emerging technologies.
What You Will Need:
Minimum 6 years of prior relevant recruiting experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)--at least last 2 years must be focused on Technical Recruiting
Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Ability and desire to network with and source candidates utilizing a multitude of technology platforms.
