What You Will Do:
As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be a member of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology.
From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.
You will specifically focus in the areas of Human Capital Management and Compensation, with knowledge and/or certifications in Workday Core HCM and Compensation functional areas as well as subject matter expertise within those topic areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading clients through all phases of their system implementation as the Workday HCM functional expert – including business process discovery, design, configuration, and testing phases
Coaching client during business process design, offering options, risks, and downstream impacts related to decisions
Configuring the Workday system per client business requirements and Workday standards
Timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation
Collaborating on client integration design, configuration, and testing
Collaborating on client data migrations
Coaching clients in Workday project approach and act as a role model in project tasks, such as testing, data validation, issue management, and communication with project leadership
Proactively communicating project risks and issues to project leadership
Responsible for your individual professional growth and sharing knowledge with Guidehouse peers to ensure quality and professional growth thrives throughout the Workday practice
What You Will Need: 
US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of NINE (9) years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions
Experience implementing Human Capital Management, Compensation Management and Advanced Compensation
Current holder of the following Workday Certifications: HCM Core, Core Compensation, and/or Advanced Compensation
Prior Experience as a functional consultant or subject matter expert in Human Capital Management business processes, regulations, and reporting requirements
Knowledge of SDLC and/or project methodology
Ability to travel up to 50%
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today
