What You’ll Do
- Accurately document meeting discussions, decisions, and action items during client and internal meetings, workshops, and project sessions.
- Synthesize complex conversations into clear, actionable notes and distribute them promptly to stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize official records, ensuring all documentation aligns with Guidehouse standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and client teams to clarify information and anticipate documentation needs.
- Support the preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up communications.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all relevant privacy, legal, and client-specific requirements.
- Leverage digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint) to manage and share documentation efficiently.
- Participate in training and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of documentation and client service.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum ONE (1) year of experience in consulting, project coordination, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Proficiency with digital documentation and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, or organizational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
