What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute the training strategy and curriculum for the IT system implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Create and manage training materials (e.g., guides, templates, e-learning modules) using established standards and branding.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, managing facilities/technology, and ensuring readiness of training environments.
- Facilitate and oversee training delivery, which may include instructor-led sessions, virtual training, and hands-on simulations.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify roles requiring training and retraining, and map roles to appropriate learning paths.
- Collaborate with SMEs and functional teams to validate content and ensure accuracy of training data for exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement improvements for continuous learning.
- Support building a strategic training and development plan
- Write, rewrite and edit deliverables for training content, print and digital such as key messages, web content, social media posts, email newsletters, news releases, and infographics
- Act as final editor and quality control check on all deliverables
- Perform all checks on 508 compliance on all deliverables and make appropriate corrections
- Adhere to, maintain, and expand style guide
- Explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Work independently and within a team setting
- Conduct quality review of materials
- Perform ad hoc support for Lead Instructional Designer and Project Manager
- Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of three (3)+ years of overall work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; OR seven (7) years of relevant experience may be used in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- Experience implementing technology systems and financial management systems; examples include Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple training activities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for delivering training and engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating training content using tools like PowerPoint, LMS platforms, and virtual delivery technologies.
- Ability to analyze training needs and design curricula tailored to different user roles and business processes.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with SMEs, technical teams, and change management leads.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Prosci or CCMP certification preferred
- Experience with previously working on tech modernization projects
- Three to five years of specific Change Management experience
