What You Will Do:
- Lead and oversee multidisciplinary teams providing data analytics, systems engineering, data governance, digital modernization, and mission assurance support to Commander, Navy Reserve Force (CNRF) initiatives.
- Serve as the primary interface between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel, providing strategic direction, prioritization, resource management, and oversight of contract performance.
- Manage program execution across multiple projects by monitoring cost, schedule, performance, risks, staffing, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with mission objectives and contractual requirements.
- Lead development and review of Project Management Plans (PMPs), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Quarterly Project Reviews, executive briefings, and other key program deliverables.
- Drive continuous process improvement, operational effectiveness, workforce development, and data-driven decision-making initiatives to support Navy Reserve readiness and digital transformation objectives.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of overall work experience.
- Experience leading programs, projects, operations, or technical teams supporting complex government, defense, or enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing project portfolios, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, risk mitigation strategies, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and competing priorities.
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ITIL, or similar leadership and management certifications.
- Experience supporting the Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, Navy Reserve, or other federal agencies in program management, digital modernization, readiness reporting, or data analytics initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise data strategy, AI/ML initiatives, business intelligence, cloud technologies, systems engineering, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience managing Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contracts, CDRLs, performance metrics, workforce planning, and FAR/DFARS compliance requirements.
- Experience briefing senior executives, flag officers, SES leaders, or other high-level stakeholders and providing strategic recommendations that influence organizational outcomes.
