What You Will Do:

  • Rapidly design and build polished, demo-ready UI prototypes and proofs of concept that double as reusable assets for client demos and accelerators.
  • Leverage GenAI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to move from idea to refined UI at high speed.
  • Translate Figma designs into accessible, maintainable front-end code.
  • Create UIs from scratch when designs don’t exist, applying strong visual and interaction design judgment.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Full-Stack AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to build AI-driven prototypes and MVPs.
  • Optimize prototypes for a production-ready path so delivery teams can harden with minimal rework.


What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience building production applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.
  • Expertise with React/Next.js, TypeScript, modern CSS (e.g., Tailwind or CSS Modules), and component-driven architecture.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on use of GenAI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to dramatically accelerate delivery.
  • Proficiency with AWS or Azure.
  • Experience working within agile development methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency translating Figma designs into high-fidelity, accessible, maintainable code.
  • Understanding of AI/ML deployment workflows.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who reside within the DMV area.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Certifications in cloud platforms or AI technologies.
  • Agile development certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum Developer).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in a matrixed or consulting environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
