What You Will Do:
The responsibilities of the Analyst will include, but are not limited to:
- Asset management including, credit analysis, repossession of collateral, as well as experience in managing owned real estate and other owned assets specifically identified in the Task Order, and broad credit background related to the specific asset types identified in the Task Order.
- Loan workouts as it relates to the size and type of assets Identified in the Task Order.
What You Will Need:
- Five (5) years' experience in asset management including, credit analysis, repossession of collateral, as well as experience in managing owned real estate and other owned assets specifically identified in the Task Order, and broad credit background related to the specific asset types identified in the Task Order.
- Bachelors degree and minimum 2+ years of prior relevant experience. However, relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.
- Demonstrated experience in loan workouts as it relates to the size and type of assets Identified in the Task Order.
- In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in asset management, including asset analysis and asset business plan development.
- Knowledge of loan servicing industry standards for servicing loans originated under programs from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, HUD, SBA, and FSA or other Government programs.
- Knowledge of servicing systems, asset types and agreements, such as participation agreements, pooling and servicing agreements, pass-through, REMIC and REMIC-like securitizations, securities, IRBs and credit card processing agreements.
- Demonstrated organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
- Experience or demonstrated capability to train co-workers (peers and other professionals).
- Ability to review and critique the work papers prepared by subordinate staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with client's policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Suite Products and the ability to quickly learn standardized software/database systems.
