What You Will Do:

  • Drive sales, delivery, and build a Celonis Process Intelligence practice.
  • Business development activities include RFP responses and proposal development for process intelligence opportunities across all federal and commercial business at Guidehouse.
  • Provide sales solution support and quality assurance on delivery of active Celonis engagements.
  • Partner with the Guidehouse segment leaders to develop an internal (training) and external (marketing) presence in the Process Intelligence space.
  • Facilitate C/Executive-level discussions with key clients to highlight the importance of Process Intelligence.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience selling and delivering the Celonis Process Intelligence platform
  • Strong understanding of how to shape consulting sales opportunities aligned with the Celonis software sale
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills – ability to establish and maintain relationships with the software vendor, internal Guidehouse executives/segment leaders, and Guidehouse client stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management, technology, and operational challenges
  • 10-15 years of experience in the software and/or consulting industries
  •  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Strong professional network and/or experience in business development and practice development
  • Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groups
  • Preference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable number of miles to a Guidehouse office.  However, given the focus of this role at a company practice level, target clients can be anywhere in the USA and may or may not require travel to those client locations who are not permanently remote.

The annual salary range for this position is $206,000.00-$343,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
