Child Welfare Senior OCM Project Manager

What You Will Do:

  • Serves as the strategic leader for the OCM effort, championing the vision for change and ensuring alignment of OCM activities with the overall CCWIS program objectives.

  • Owns the development, integration, and execution of the comprehensive Organizational Change Management Plan, ensuring it addresses needs of Affected Parties, business process impacts, communications, long-term, sustained adoption, and effective knowledge transfer.

  • Proactively engages executive sponsors, program leadership, and key Affected Parties to build commitment, drive alignment, and secure buy-in for change initiatives.

  • Leads collaboration across internal teams, external vendors, and Affected Parties to ensure seamless coordination of change activities and consistent messaging.

  • Manages and maintain the Project Plan


What You Will Need:

  • Minimum Seven (7) years experience in leading OCM initiatives for large scale transformation projects.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Expert understanding of OCM frameworks, methodologies, and approaches.

  • Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and collaborate across diverse populations and Affected Parties.

  • Must hold at least one of the following certifications: Prosci Change Management, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or Lean Six Sigma.

  • Must be willing to travel for meetings as needed.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Must be US citizen Or Permanent resident.

  • Must be able to pass the govt background check.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP or SAFe Agilist.

The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
