What You Will Do:
The responsibilities of the Associate will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with the Claims Processing and Accounts Payable departments to process, review and ensure that all claims are accurate and processed correctly..

What You Will Need:

  • Two (2) years or more of bank operations experience or two (2) years previous claims processing or accounts payable experience.
  • Bachelors degree and minimum 2+ years of prior relevant experience. However, relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.
  • Ability to carefully follow written and/or verbal directions. Asking for clarification, if necessary. Requiring minimal supervision beyond initial explanation.
  • Ability to calmly, accurately and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in a highly-charged environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Suite Products, specifically: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook; and ability to quickly learn data processing systems used by the Claims Department.
  • Skill in the preparation of routine reports and forms


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Banking Compliance.
  • Experience with multiple Banking Products.
  • Knowledge of FDIC deposit insurance rules and regulations a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $44,000.00-$74,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
