What You Will Do:
Provides creative leadership across digital initiatives while remaining actively involved in day‑to‑day execution. Leads by example through hands‑on concepting and delivery, supervises a team of designers, and partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand work across campaigns and channels. Balances execution, team oversight, and developing people‑management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute digital creative work on a day‑to‑day basis, contributing directly to concept development, design, and delivery across campaigns, web, social, and brand initiatives
Supervise designers in daily work, providing direction, prioritization, and feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and on‑time delivery
Set and guide creative storytelling across digital channels, ensuring ideas translate into clear, compelling, audience‑centered experiences
Partner with marketing, content, and design leaders to deliver integrated, cross‑channel creative solutions
Provide hands‑on creative leadership on high‑priority, complex, or high‑visibility initiatives
Participate actively in creative reviews, offering clear, actionable critique and guidance
Ensure consistency, quality, and brand integrity across all creative outputs
Support the development of designers through coaching, feedback, and project‑based leadership
Contribute to the evolution of creative processes, workflows, and ways of working to improve efficiency and quality
Take on people‑management responsibilities with support and guidance, as part of ongoing role development
What You Will Need:
7+ years of experience in digital design, creative, or marketing environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept, craft, execution, and creative problem‑solving
Experience working in agency, in‑house brand, consulting, or hybrid environments
Experience leading work and supervising designers in a day‑to‑day capacity
Emerging or developing experience with people management and team development
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with motion design or animation for digital, social, or campaign storytelling
Ability to concept and storyboard ideas for campaigns, video, or interactive experiences
Illustration skills or experience incorporating custom visual elements into brand work
Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative tools to support ideation or production efficiency
Working knowledge of print production, prepress, and vendor coordination
