What You Will Do:
The Director, Client Solutions Architect will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Guidehouse Managed Services (GMS) practice to, support and lead our client solution development, architecting the capture of new business.
The ideal candidate will have experience responding to business opportunities that focus on healthcare managed services. Direct experience and strong functional understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle process is necessary, including knowledge of revenue cycle services that are delivered in patient access, mid-revenue cycle, and patient financial services for both facility (hospital) and professional (physician) clients. Proficient general professional writing and collateral development skills are also needed. Through this role the candidate will help bring the product and services platform to our clients. Solutions will be developed to win new work by partnering closely with business development and operations.
Essential Job Functions
Act in a Client Solution Architect lead role in coordinating new business opportunities with sales and growth leadership
Facilitate and support identified new business opportunities through the sales capture process and successfully transfer new work to our implementation services and operational partners
Collaborate with sales and/or Payor Provider teammates to support the completion of all activities related to Client Solution Development that includes helping to, scope the solution, pricing, developing collateral and managing our internal sales capture processes
Work effectively in a matrixed organization, leading, facilitating, and program managing all efforts with aligned departments
Collaborate with our internal team to develop solutions and client value propositions that will win the work and drive desired outcomes
Work with Account Leadership and Sales teams to frame the cost and delivery model for a client focused solution; develop mitigations for client (and internal) workflow challenges; integrate yield opportunities into our solution; provide recommendations related to workforce configuration alternatives, -- and prepare client reach presentation materials in a thoughtful / sophisticated manner
Represent what we can deliver and produce accurate messaging to our prospective clients and the market at large
Partner to develop new Client Solutions, by organizing internal or partner capabilities
Provide strategic recommendations direction regarding future product investments and solutions for GMS
Duties and Responsibilities
Integrate the capture of new business and adhere to Guidehouse process for internal gate reviews and transition of new won work to operations
Create collateral to win RFPs and non-structured opportunities in any and all standard Microsoft applications
Work closely with operations, business development, contracting, pricing, advisory and all other implicated areas of Guidehouse to produce the strongest deliverables
Keep current with the direction of GMS Operations and the needs of our customers
Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies that will result in opportunities or threats for the company
Assist sales and senior management in new business development that relies on emerging technologies
What You Will Need:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. (16 years relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.)
Relevant revenue cycle experience within healthcare consulting, Payor/Provider markets or facility/professional segments.
What would be Nice To Have:
Master’s degree preferred
Experience within complex, technologically and service driven organizations
Developing healthcare provider revenue cycle management solutions, value propositions and business case
Operations, technology, or administrative leadership position
Capturing new business in healthcare or an aligned field is preferred
Managing client solution architecture and development
A broad understanding of the health care field and related processes is beneficial, however, similar experience in other business fields will also be considered
Strong leadership skills within the project team and in the business community
Ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develops and executes strategies, and track and measure results
Ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectations
Strong negotiating and consensus building abilities
Extremely organized and detail oriented with a keen responsibility towards accuracy and sense of urgency
Ability to be accountable, take ownership and always support the interests of GMS
Potential travel to GMS offices and customer locations
Desired Locations: Proximity to Guidehouse major metro area offices

The annual salary range for this position is $120,500.00-$180,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
