What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Content on the Marketing Team, the Enterprise Content Management Lead will manage enterprisewide storytelling and writing projects and strategies aimed at generating brand awareness, engagement, and retention via strong perspectives, impeccable messages, and a consistent tone and voice.

The Enterprise Content Management Lead will collaborate directly with industry, services, and corporate leaders and experts to support strategic storytelling, editing, and content marketing efforts, including messages aligned with Guidehouse’s vertical and horizontal services, megatrends, and corporate sales priorities.

The Enterprise Content Management Lead will manage the Enterprise Content Publishing Calendar and Knowledge Management System, including supporting vendors and solutions aimed at creating an integrated and seamless content process. They will align closely with the Enterprise Content Writer and Segment Content Leads as well as Creative, Digital, and Marketing Automation team members. Additionally, the Enterprise Content Management Lead will work with all levels of marketing and sales to ensure messages are consistent and content is developed, promoted, and leveraged across a range of channels, including via blogs, case studies, sponsored content, ads, newsletters, sales, e-marketing, media, etc. 

The Enterprise Content Management Lead is expected to be an excellent writer, communicator, and editor who can manage multiple projects at a time. Experience in consulting and managing thought leadership campaigns is a plus, as this role will support corporate messages, broad service areas, and aligned campaigns for multiple audiences, including Health, ES&I, Financial Services, State & Local Government, and Defense & Security.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Writing and editing blogs, case studies, press releases, opinion pieces, white papers, drip emails, advertisements, website content and landing pages, sponsored content, solutions websites, slicks, and social media posts.

  • Working collaboratively with design, creative, and web colleagues to take content to fruition, as well as colleagues across segments and sectors to ensure alignment.

  • Project managing the Enterprise Content Calendar, Processes, Knowledge Management System, and aligning with segment and services campaigns, content, and calendars.

  • Supporting ongoing internal communications to ensure professionals and teams are leveraging content.

  • Offering strategic, innovative ideas to support the development, execution, delivery, and management of content across all external communications channels.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 6+ years of professional experience OR 10+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.

  • Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences.

  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of management.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and collaboration are necessary, and accountability is expected.

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently.

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Experience with Google analytics and social media and media publishing/monitoring/analytics solutions.

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • A passion for or experience in thought leadership strategy.

  • Previous experience at consulting/advisory firms is a plus.

  • Agile marketing experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $99,500.00-$149,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
