What You Will Do:

  • Lead day‑to‑day delivery of complex client engagements from project initiation through completion, ensuring high‑quality and timely outputs.

  • Apply structured problem‑solving, strategic frameworks, and analytical methods to address complex client challenges.

  • Oversee quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables while coordinating across multi‑disciplinary teams.

  • Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact, building trusted relationships and supporting effective expectation management.

  • Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting skill development, performance, and engagement.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Progressive experience in management consulting, healthcare, public sector, or related advisory environments.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of prior professional experience (post Bachelor's degree).

  • Experience working with healthcare payers, with emphasis on Medical Management (e.g. Utilization Management) strategy and implementation

  • Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or projects, including managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience synthesizing complex information for senior audiences.

  • Experience collaborating with and developing junior staff.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to obtain a Public trust Clearance (US citizenship required)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience supporting federal health clients or large, complex healthcare organizations.

  • Familiarity with strategic planning, operating model design, workforce planning, or transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity or experience with medical evidence research and policy development.

  • Experience managing client relationships in a consulting environment.

  • Prior people‑manager experience or demonstrated readiness to take on formal people‑management responsibilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
