What You Will Do:
As a Sales Solution Engineer within the Microsoft Business Applications (Biz Apps) practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for clients by architecting and evangelizing scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will partner with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable technology strategies that accelerate growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business goals.
- Design and present tailored demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept using Microsoft Biz Apps.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Customer Success teams to qualify deals and secure technical wins.
- Support the practice leadership team to develop Sales strategies for growing the practice
- Evangelize the value of Microsoft Biz Apps across industries including public sector, healthcare, and financial services.
- Support RFP responses, solution envisioning, and proposal development.
- Own the solution architecture and ensure alignment with Microsoft’s best practices.
- Lead workshops and technical deep dives on Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.), Power Platform, and Azure integrations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Engage with Microsoft and partner ecosystems for co-sell and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-off and execution of solutions.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience in pre-sales engineering or solution architecture within Microsoft Biz Apps.
- Minimum Degree requirement: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizenship required for federal engagements; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Microsoft Power Platform Architect or Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph API, and Copilot Studio.
- Background in consulting (Big Four or Microsoft Gold Partner) and public sector delivery.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (508, HIPAA, CJIS, NIST).
