What You Will Do:
- Drive business development in the sector, including:
- Building and executing the SLG practice strategy in coordination with the Account and Practice Leads.
- Evangelizing Microsoft Biz Apps internally across SLG industry segments to promote awareness of use cases and client opportunities, and
- Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of leading sales calls and proposal development and client presentations.
- Work as part of the practice leadership team to develop Sales strategies for growing the practice.
- Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology, and culture.
- Ability to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives.
- Drive revenue of all Microsoft Biz Apps(Power Platform, SharePoint, and Co-Pilot) offerings across businesses in the SLG segment, with revenue management expectations of >$7 million in the first year.
- Identify opportunities for growth and greenspace within SLG segment for Microsoft offerings (products, accelerators).
- Build and develop relationship / partnership with segment teams, aligning on sales pursuits, resource capacity and capabilities, and awareness across the industries.
- Build and develop relationships with Microsoft SLG segment ecosystem account executives and own and manage joint sales pursuits.
- Develop and author/co-author thought leadership content and marketing material.
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for offerings keeping pace with Microsoft Biz Apps product evolution within the sector.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of TEN (10) years of progressive experience understanding technology implementation in full life-cycle Microsoft Biz Apps engagements.
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications is required, including leading large Microsoft Business Application engagements.
- Minimum Degree: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Knowledge & Understanding of Microsoft Business Applications - Expertise with multiple Modules.
- Expert business development skills as well as managing relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Business operations and/or strategic planning experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills including familiarity with engagement with C-level executives.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience understanding technology implementation in full life-cycle Microsoft Biz Apps engagements.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Minimum of TEN (10) years of experience in a large consulting environment preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform knowledge preferred.
- Prior experience building a Microsoft practice or team preferred.
- Customer-oriented and great at building client relationships.
