What You Will Do?
The primary purpose of the GMS Capture and Delivery Executive – Financial Services is to drive growth in Managed Services by working with our Financial Services clients solve their most complex challenges. This position reports to the Guidehouse Managed Services Global Leader and works directly with the Chief Growth Officer. This position will collaborate with the Finance Segment Leadership to develop and execute strategies for growing managed services in alignment with firm and segment goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Growth Leadership and Sales:
Oversee, manage and help build Managed Services pipeline, including sufficient growth to meet overall annual segment growth objectives and aspirational goals.
Leverage and expand relationships with senior clients in the Financial Services market.
Build relationships with Guidehouse account and growth teams to:
Share market information and develop shared contacts/leads.
Sell the full suite of Guidehouse solutions, across advisory, technology and managed services.
Drive GMS lead generation and oversee marketing campaigns.
Deconflict pursuits with practice and account leaders as needed.
Pursue white space leads.
Prioritize and support GMS capture activities, including hands-on support for key captures.
Integrate and centralize growth activities and reporting.
GMS Strategy and Market Shaping:
Build relationships with GMS offering, capability, portfolio and account leaders to shape our solutions and enhance captures.
Work with solution architects and leaders to shape solutions to meet client challenges.
Help shape investments to meet future client challenges.
GMS Delivery:
Supports client engagement and project delivery as needed to support GMS goals.
Supports solution development and evolution.
What you will need:
15+ years of demonstrated successful professional services experience within the US Financial Services market, including 5+ years of successful sales experience
Proven expertise growing managed services business.
In depth understanding of the Finance segment’s market dynamics and trends, competitive landscape, and existing and emerging customer needs.
In depth understanding of Financial Crime Compliance processes and issues.
Ability to drive big-picture market strategy as well as drive tactical best practices on individual deals.
Strong visionary leadership skills to inspire and drive other leaders and teams.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, demonstrating expert teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Executive presence and gravitas.
Skilled at issue-based problem-solving, aligning professional services solutions to address client needs.
Able to travel per client and organizational demands (dependent on segment and account; travel could be up to 80%).
Bachelor's Degree in accredited US University or College or equivalent
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Significant personal network in the commercial US Financial Services client base.
Experience implementing technology solutions to improve client experience or reduce costs.
