What You Will Do:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Digital Lead and Solution Architect to lead the organization's digital modernization initiatives. This role will drive the transformation of manual processes into secure, automated, and data-driven solutions by leveraging Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate is a strategic technical leader with experience architecting enterprise solutions, leading cross-functional projects, and delivering measurable operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead EUR's digital modernization initiatives by transforming manual processes into automated, scalable business solutions.
- Architect and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce solutions to improve collaboration, document management, and business operations.
- Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations that streamline workflows and reduce administrative effort.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop technical requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance.
- Provide technical leadership, solution oversight, and mentorship to ensure high-quality, secure, and sustainable solutions.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of SIX (6) years of progressively responsible experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
- Selected candidate must be able to travel to client site as needed (up to 50%).
- Demonstrated experience serving in a technical lead, solution architect, or similar leadership role, providing architectural guidance and oversight for digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience building dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience leading technical projects, developing technical requirements or Statements of Work (SOWs), and managing solution delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Ability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Azure integration services.
- Experience with enterprise information architecture, data governance, and records management.
- Experience supporting large enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and establishing development standards and best practices.
