What You Will Do:

  • Participate in fit/gap analysis sessions to better understand clients’ business process.

  • Conduct analysis and determine client operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.

  • Conduct needs assessment where appropriate by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflow, reports, and other customer business needs.

  • Determine system utilization requirements by researching and testing systems.

  • Document requirements and create workflow and process diagrams to support customer business needs.

  • Work with the UI/UX team as they create mockups based on your requirements.

  • Act as the Product Owner member of the scrum team throughout the Agile development lifecycle. 

  • Organize demonstrations of functionality for management, end users, and internal staff at various points throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing either with end users or on their behalf.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of related experience, or Additional 4 years combination of experience, education, and training that provides the following required skills and abilities in Liu of Degree.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience in creating workflows and mock ups.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain policies, procedures, and technical information clearly and accurately.

  • Possess strong conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills.

  • Experience in gathering and engaging in business process analysis.

  • Experience in Agile development processes

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Skilled at prioritizing and completing tasks of multiple priorities in a timely manner.

  • Confidence working with and interfacing with clients across different parts of the business.

  • Comfortable working with technology, including web-based systems.

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Able to adapt quickly in a rapid, changing environment.

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US Citizen).


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Grants Management experience is preferred.

  • ServiceNow implementation is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
