Project Setup Associate

What You Will Do:

  • Review project setup requests submitted by the Project Managers and/or business, along with the supporting documentation to determine that we have all documentation needed to create the project in our Peoplesoft system.

  • Review complex client fee arrangements to determine appropriate project setup based in accordance with client agreement and company policy.

  • Process non-billable project requests in our Peoplesoft system.

  • Process Intercompany (IWO) project requests in Peoplesoft system.

  • Process new customer setups requests as needed for project setups/billing in PeopleSoft.

  • Communicate billing and revenue issues effectively and professionally with Revenue Manager, Billing Managers and Billers.

  • Provide oversight and feedback to billing specialists and contracts team members on operational questions.

  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

  • Assist with any system upgrade testing to ensure that all our daily functions needed in order to effectively process project setups in our Peoplesoft system.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 2+ years of professional experience OR 6+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.

  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

  • Must be detailed oriented and have strong verbal and written skills

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Contracts module, Project Costing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable modules preferred

  • Identify process improvements and communicate effectively with contracts manager and billing managers.

The annual salary range for this position is $57,000.00-$85,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
