What You Will Do:

As a ServiceNow Consultant (Techno‑Functional), you will work with clients and internal delivery teams to support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will help translate business requirements into ServiceNow functionality and assist with configuring workflows, forms, and platform features under the guidance of senior team members and Architects.

You will participate in requirements discussions, support solution design activities, and contribute to testing, training, and deployment efforts. This role is client‑facing and provides hands‑on exposure to ServiceNow implementations while developing both functional and technical skills.



What You Will Need:

  • Minimum ONE (1) year of professional experience

  • Minimum Degree: Bachelor's

  • Experience assisting with gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow configurations or user stories

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

  • US Citizenship contractually required

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including basic configuration such as forms, workflows, business rules, or catalog items

  • Ability to create or contribute to epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with project team members

  • Experience supporting testing activities, including developing or executing test scripts during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies

  • Basic understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with team members and clients in both on‑site and remote environments

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a consulting and client‑delivery environment


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or progress toward ServiceNow certification

  • Exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM

  • Familiarity with integrations, scripting, or low‑code/no‑code development within ServiceNow

  • Certifications such as CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile SAFe, or ITIL v3/4

  • Prior consulting or client‑facing experience

The annual salary range for this position is $61,000.00-$101,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
