What You Will Do:

  • Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments; and designs and prepares
    technical reports and presentations in specialized subject matter.

  • Led the development team in implementation, design, issue resolution, coordination and communication.

  • Prepares technical documentation as required to facilitate client communications and the project.

  • Works closely with the project manager/scrum master, directs and controls technical activities associated with assigned project(s)

  • Review the work of other developers and guide them in complex issues. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

What You Will Need:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology /Software engineering  and 15+ year of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology /Software engineering and 20 years of relevant experience.

  • Must have Oracle expertise in the following applications:

    • Oracle Application Development Framework

    • Oracle Business Process Manager

    • Oracle Project Integration Framework.

  • Additional technical requirements include:
            • Java; WebLogic, ADF Performance Monitoring; WebSphere

  • Possess strong leadership and team building skills. Enjoys coaching a technical team and influencing technical direction of projects.

  • Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

  • Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to executive leadership

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

      • Federal Experience, Federal Aviation Administration preferred
      • Experience with Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

The annual salary range for this position is $171,000.00-$285,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
