What You Will Do:

Product Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare IT programs, including EPIC integrations, clinical systems modernization, and enterprise platform implementations
  • Translate ambiguous healthcare business challenges (enrollment, claims adjudication, patient identity, clinical trial systems) into structured product roadmaps and actionable execution plans
  • Drive high-quality, on-time delivery using Hybrid Agile and SAFe frameworks to support healthcare operations and digital transformation initiatives
  • Oversee scope control, financial governance, integrated schedules, and executive reporting to ensure delivery excellence and measurable outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks through structured RAID management and proactive stakeholder engagement.

Product Management & Agile Leadership

  • Institutionalize Agile and SAFe frameworks across enterprise healthcare initiatives to improve execution efficiency and cross-functional alignment
  • Own and prioritize EPICs and features, partnering with Scrum teams to drive seamless backlog execution and value realization
  • Facilitate planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives to sustain delivery momentum
  • Implement Kanban and JIRA-based workflows to streamline sustainment and operational support processes
  • Reinforce PMO governance standards while maintaining agile responsiveness in regulated healthcare environments.

EPIC & Healthcare Systems Integration

  • Lead EPIC implementations and/or enhancements
  • Deliver large-scale healthcare IT programs integrating patient enrollment and benefits validation
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACA, GCP, GMP, and GCLP regulatory requirements across clinical and operational systems

Data, Analytics & AI Enablement

  • Partner with enterprise architects, data engineers, and application teams to deliver cloud-enabled healthcare solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, and modern data platforms
  • Lead development of advanced data quality and analytic solutions using PHI and non-PHI datasets to enhance data integrity, healthcare efficiencies, and clinical decision-making
  • Define, delivery and monitor metrics, portfolio health dashboards, and performance indicators to demonstrate measurable business value
  • Promote responsible data governance practices within regulated healthcare environments.

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between executive stakeholders, enterprise architecture teams, and IT delivery organizations
  • Facilitate requirements workshops using Design Thinking and Voice of Customer (VOC) principles to align technology solutions with business needs
  • Present executive-level dashboards, funding forecasts, and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership committees
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and professional development

Firm Contribution & Leadership

  • Contribute to enterprise PMO strategy, roadmap development, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Champion operational excellence through governance standardization and scalable delivery models
  • Support organizational growth through strategic planning, portfolio management, and continuous improvement initiatives


What You Will Need:

  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in healthcare IT project management, product delivery, and enterprise transformation
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and integrating with EPIC platforms
  • Proven track record delivering data-driven and analytics-enabled healthcare solutions across provider, payer, and life sciences environments
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise data tools (Amazon Redshift, Glue)
  • Strong governance experience, including financial oversight, portfolio management, and executive reporting
  • Demonstrated success leading agile teams within Scrum and SAFe frameworks


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • MBA preferred
  • SAFe Agilist certification
  • Cloud Practitioner certification  (AWS or Azure)
  • Experience working in matrixed healthcare enterprises and regulated clinical environments

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
