What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) trainer to support OSINT training for our Department of Defense customer. Duties include to following but are not limited too:

  • Develop, maintain, and/or deliver Advanced course training material to drive intel goals, objectives, tradecraft and standards; agile training development capabilities; Develop and maintains training records.

  • Instruct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools

  • Instruct exploitation of social media and public accessible databases

  • Instruct the gathering, synthesis, and analysis of open source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counternarcotic, and other areas of the customer's mission

  • Instruct on how to Respond to Requests for Information

  • Provide input to curriculum development for OSINT training requirements

  • Provide support to operational planning, technical papers, and other tasks as directed by customer


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance; must UPGRADE and MAINTAIN a Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) and Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph  Federal or DoD security clearance

  • EIGHT (8) or more total years of experience in training, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience with OSINT research, collection management, analysis, or exploitation of publicly available information (PAI) or social media


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph

  • Prior military or government analytical training (e.g., all source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT)

  • Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the DoD

  • Foreign language capabilities of 2+/2+ DLPT or better

  • Knowledge of scripting languages and technologies, including Python, Java, R Script, and JEMA

  • Graduate of government OSINT training course (i.e. OS300, OS301, or OS302)

  • Experience using COTS OSINT tools (i.e. SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel)

  • Experience collecting and exploiting deep and dark web information

  • Knowledge of signature reduction
