What You Will Do:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain productive professional relationships with key client personnel (government and prime contractor) with frequent check-ins and attentive follow-up / follow-through on requirements, requests, questions, and concerns.  
    • Engage stakeholders and work collaboratively with corporate and on-site teams to identify growth and improvement opportunities to increase value delivery.
  • Staffing
    • Work with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to create and post job descriptions, review resumes, screen and interview candidates, document feedback, and make hiring decisions.
    • Facilitate employment offers and onboarding of new hires, coordinating with internal organizations and government Administrative Officers as appropriate to support background checks and badging.
  • Team Management
    • Build team by developing productive professional relationships with employees, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
    • Manage administrative processes related to timekeeping, expense reporting, performance and salary reviews, and professional development.
  • Operations Management
    • Manage service delivery, taking proactive steps to avoid issues and leading corrective action plans to address issues as needed. 
    • Develop and document operations processes to ensure consistent quality and appropriate service levels; assess effectiveness and adjust as needed to promote  continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management
    • Deliver contract services to clients within agreed upon budgets.
    • Manage invoices and financial reporting for prime and subcontractors as required.
  • Business Development:
    • Contribute to segment growth by participating in capture activities, solutioning, proposal development, and proposal reviews.
    • Write up client-specific past performance, assigned proposal sections, and other documentation as requested.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; commitment to continuous improvement and the elimination of performance variability.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with positive attitude and lots of initiative, working independently without day-to-day supervision of tasks and proactively seeking creative solutions to challenges.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong writer with the ability to document processes and procedures as well as contribute to proposals and data calls.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks, adapt to rapidly changing requirements, and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working within a team, fulfilling lead and support responsibilities.
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate in speaking and writing with team members and all levels of corporate and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Previous experience supporting NIH or public health clients
  • PMP or CAPM project management certification
  • ScrumMaster certification
