WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Business Operations Analyst provides engagement support across a wide range of activities. Working with engagement leadership, this individual can expect to provide support in the following areas:

  • Supports engagement compliance requirements as prescribed by internal processes and procedures.

  • Manages the execution, tracking and collection of engagement compliance documentation, including NDA requirements when applicable.

  • Provides compliance requirements training to engagement personnel when appropriate.

  • Tracks training completion and escalates potential delinquencies.

  • Serves as SharePoint administrator for engagement, maintaining SharePoint structure, access controls and document libraries.

  • Drives on/offboarding activities across the engagement (clearance tracking, new hire communication and administration of engagement specific trainings).

  • Liaise with client regarding role specific on/offboarding requirements (coordination of clearance activities, credentialing and GFE asset management).

  • Serves as primary point of contact for engagement new-joiner questions.

  • Provides subcontractor customer service by addressing funding/contractual inquiries.

  • Assists engagement leadership in all areas of vendor management.

  • May coordinate subcontractor meetings.

  • maintains standard operating procedures and job aids.

  • Supports finance and budget related activities using defined processes, templates, and tools.

  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Skilled in the use of a computer and applicable software (O365, Power Platforms, MS Excel).

  • High school diploma or GED minimum

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

  • Self-starter and driven individual requiring minimal oversight.

  • Vendor management and accounts payable exposure.

  • Experience working with program controls, program management deliverables or in business operations.  

  • Ability to work accurately with data; to analyze, consolidate, and interpret data; and to communicate effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree
