What You Will Do:

As a Certificate Transfer Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing day-to-day investor service operations including one or more of the following loan servicing functions: document processing, certificate issuance, record-keeping, vault custodian, reviewing account activity and monitoring industry performance/adherence with stated agreements. You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptions and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.


What You Will Need:

  • 0+ years of relevant experience

  • High school diploma/GED minimum education

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of program participants

  • Strong analytical and quality control skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment

  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP), Outlook, Word, and SharePoint

  • Ability to work in-office full time

  • US Citizenship

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with loan documentation or physical securities

  • Eager to apply strong organizational and communication skills in a professional office setting
