What You Will Do:
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to day-to-day lender loan servicing inquiries surrounding government program operations, including one or more of the following functions: loan document processing, payments, reporting, account activity, remittance reconciliation, and industry performance/adherence with stated agreements. You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptions and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.
What You Will Need:
0+ years of relevant experience
Highschool Diploma or GED minimum education
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of program participants.
Strong analytical and quality control skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to work in-office full time
US Citizenship
