What You Will Do:

Leads quality assurance activities across FMBT interface development and testing efforts. Coordinates test execution, defect management, quality reviews, release readiness inputs, and evidence collection to ensure delivered interface capabilities meet approved requirements and documentation standards.


What You Will Need:

• 5+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience

• Experience leading QA activities across Agile development teams or system integration efforts

• Experience managing defect lifecycle activities, quality reviews, test execution tracking, and release readiness inputs

• Experience reviewing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, test results, and traceability artifacts

• Experience coordinating with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, product owners, and release teams

• Ability to obtain and maintain VA access

• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments

• Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations preferred

• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders


What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Momentum Financials/iFAMS or federal ERP QA experience preferred

• Experience supporting VA, federal financial management, or regulated IT programs

• Testing, Agile, or quality certification preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
