What You Will Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, helping identify business needs and develop practical solutions that drive measurable results.
Lead or support project engagements from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables, timely communication, and strong client satisfaction.
Analyze complex business challenges, synthesize information from multiple sources, and translate findings into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients and cross-functional teams to align on goals, priorities, risks, and next steps.
Develop proposals, reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials that communicate insights, strategies, and progress effectively.
Collaborate closely with team members to manage workstreams, solve problems, and support successful project outcomes.
Apply a high level of professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail in all client and project interactions.
What You Will Need:
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to nature of client engagements.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, consulting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in consulting, client service, project management, or a related advisory role.
Currently reside in Puerto Rico or ability to relocate at own expense.
Must have bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and develop recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in team settings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professionalism, accountability, and a client-focused mindset.
Ability to travel as needed.
Ability to work daily onsite at Client Office and client site locations in Puerto Rico.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience supporting energy, utilities, or infrastructure-related clients.
Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed organization.
Familiarity with process improvement, change management, or strategic planning initiatives.
Advanced degree or professional certification related to consulting, project management, or business analysis.
Experience using data visualization or collaboration tools to support client deliverables.
