What You Will Do:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Technologist to join our growing AI team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. You will support the development, testing, and deployment of AI models and solutions across various business domains.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products or workflows.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and present findings.
Help maintain and improve existing AI systems and pipelines.
Document processes, experiments, and results clearly and thoroughly.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in AI development.
What You Will Need:
Ability to obtain and keep a DHS Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Familiarity with Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Basic understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Internship or Six (6) Month Project experience in AI/ML.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Exposure to all three cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy concerns.
