What You Will Do:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Program Technologist with 1–3 years of experience to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of multiple IT infrastructures and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), a strong understanding of cloud architecture, and a passion for learning and innovation to include data science.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure and services.
Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and security.
Support cloud migration efforts, including data and application transfers.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Maintain documentation for cloud environments, configurations, and procedures.
Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and provide technical support.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
Exposure to both pre and post financial reporting to fulfill financial operations (FinOps).
Exposure to maintenance of various styles of SharePoint sites.
What You Will Need:
Ability to obtain and keep a DHS Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum ONE (1) year of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with cloud services such as EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Azure VMs, Blob Storage, etc.
Basic understanding of networking, security, and virtualization in cloud environments.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Power platform certification(s) (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure Fundamentals).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
