What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to support data-driven decision-making, analytics modernization, and platform engineering within a government financial environment. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical expertise, problem‑solving ability, and strong communication skills to collaborate with mission stakeholders and deliver high‑impact solutions.This role involves working with advanced data platforms, analytics tools, and automation technologies to build scalable systems and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize data workflows and analytics solutions within the LCNO environment.
Build dashboards, visualizations, and reporting products using tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
Engineer and automate business processes using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Work with Palantir, ADVANA, Databricks, and supporting data platforms to deliver enterprise solutions.
Write efficient SQL and/or Python scripts for data transformation, integration, and analysis.
Participate in Agile development cycles, manage tasks using JIRA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Brief and present analytical products and technical solutions to high-level stakeholders.
Translate complex technical issues into clear business language for diverse audiences.
Identify data limitations, scope constraints, and business impacts to ensure accurate and realistic project execution.
Provide strategic recommendations and guidance based on client goals and desired end states.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelors Degree
ONE (1) or more years of experience in data analysis, data science or business analytics.
Experience working with enterprise data platforms, including Palantir, ADVANA, and Databricks.
Experience in SQL and/or Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Qlik.
Experience using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience with Agile development practices and tools such as JIRA.
This role requires you to be on-site 5 days a week.

Motivated to learn, grow, and take on more strategic responsibilities over time.
Government financial experience
Experience with government financial systems/databases such as GFEBS, DEAMS, NERP, ETC.
