What You Will Do:
You will be supporting our clients (indirectly), business process managers and other stakeholders. This role will focus on data collection, dashboards preparation, and ensuring data accuracy across global operations, as well for supporting the automation solutions across multiple day-to-day processes.

Potential daily responsibilities included, but not limited to:

  • Gather data from internal sources and verify its accuracy in collaboration with People Managers.

  • Reconcile data with time-tracking system records, communicate with People Managers, and ensure timely updates.

  • Manage data collection across multiple regions (Lithuania, India, US) and multiple stakeholders.

  • Review and validate project's invoicing information against contractual agreements and internal schedules.

  • Conduct initial data analysis and integrate information from multiple sources to prepare clean, structured datasets for Power BI dashboard development and other reporting needs.

  • Assist in preparing global dashboards and related tasks.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Fluency in English, international level C1 

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data matching; knowledge of Excel Query is a plus).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets.

  • Experience with SharePoint for data storage, documentation, and collaboration.

  • Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI (automation, flow creation, dashboard development).

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and persistence in ensuring data quality.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders from different cultures.

  • Ability to identify opportunities to simplify and optimize data management processes.

  • Flexibility to join late calls with U.S. colleagues a few times per month.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations.

The annual salary range for this position is €22,000.00-€36,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
